the cake lady was paid extra to put fresh flowers on the cake when she delivered it (also paid extra to deliver $35.00) when she arrived she was rude, dismissive, and angry at having to be here. She threw the flowers on the cake, (i have pictures)and threw gravel on my cars and guests in my driveway, SO UNPROFESSIONAL, NEVER AGAIN

THE CAKE LADY IN YUBA CITY IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL BAKERY IN TOWN.
THE OWNER JAN EMERSON IS PERSONABLE, BUBBLY, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.I WENT INTO BUY MY WEDDING CAKE AND FOUND HER TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, AS WELL AS INSIGHTFUL. HER PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN CBN OR CBR BUT THE TASTE AND QUALITY MAKE UP FOR IT. (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR). ANYONE SAYING ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE CAKE LADY AND OR JAN IS EITHER MISGUIDED, MISINFORMED OR DOESN'T APPRECIATE TRUE QUALITY AND SERVICE.I WILL RECCOMEND THE CAKE LADY TO ANYONE AT ALL TIMES.

The clerical staff is professional. Once the owner of the bakery was available to speak to me, I was treated very poorly. I am a working professional, and appreciate working with others in the same regards.
The owner reminds me of what someone would call a redneck oakey. Really too bad, since I now ordered 8 high end cakes, for a local event. I work with over 615 employees, and I will spread the word. I work with many others companies in the area, and I hope they too spread the word.
